  Tanisha AMAZING. Life changing experience! I still have 3 sessions to go however I have made many positive leaps in my life and observations about my blind spots that I was totally unaware of I’m personally thinking Tanisha and inner truth hypnosis center for the help they gave me in guiding me into a better existence. I recommend hypnosis and better yet inner truth to anyone looking to make positive changes in there career confidence or whatever your inner struggles may be.

  I recently went to see Tanisha for a fear of flying. I was going on a trip to Italy and knew it was an 11 hour flight. I was worried about feeling comfortable and handling the long flight and did not want to have stress leading up to the trip or have stress during the trip about flying home. Tanisha spent time talking to me and carefully listening to my needs and concerns. She used hypnosis to help ease my worries and replace my bad thoughts with positive confirming thoughts. I immediately felt more relaxed and excited about the upcoming trip. She also provided me with a YouTube video which I used whenever I had a moments of doubt. I’m extremely happy to report that I felt wonderful getting on the plane being on the plane the whole time I was in Italy and the flight back!!! Thank you, Tanisha. I can’t thank you enough!!!

  “Tanisha gave me an enjoyable and effective superconscious breakthrough therapy session. The session was very relaxing and there wasn't anything I had to try to do or think, I just let her words wash over me without even having to listen carefully to every word. She has a lovely, soothing voice which is enjoyable to go with. We had a session on procrastination around small tasks in business which she tailored specifically for me. The remarkable thing was that the following day, without even planning to I sat down and I wrote my first (what could be) article on my reflections on a resistance client including my realization of something very powerful which happened in my own client's sessions. Normally, I take plenty of notes but I don't write up deep reflections like this, I usually keep them in my head. I've never written something like an article before. I know that this big change was as a direct result of the session I had the night before with Tanisha. And best of all, I didn't even have to think about doing it, then procrastinate for hours, I didn't even plan it, I just sat down and did it. Amazing. Thank you, Tanisha. Helena Sterne Hypnosis
