  I wanted to love Club Pilates, but this ended up being a really bad and frustrating experience. I signed up for a membership after my first class thinking it was a simple monthly plan. No one clearly explained that it is a CONTRACT. I paid, got handed paperwork I had apparently unknowingly already e-signed, and that was it. When I tried to cancel, I was told I had to pay for three more months!!??… okay fine I guess since I am in a contract I have to do it, whatever. But then I was also told there’s a $100 cancellation fee ON TOP of that?? That just feels like a money grab. When I reached out to management, they had a sense of entitlement and basically referred me back to the contract that I didn’t even know I signed. It’s very predatory. To make it worse, I barely even got to use the membership because classes are always full. So I basically spent about $500 for two classes. Super disappointing experience overall. Definitely would not sign up again. Ever. EVER.

  Club Pilates has become a non-negotiable part of my week and I’m so glad I found it. The location is super convenient, which honestly makes it so much easier to show up consistently. The instructors really know their stuff — the workouts are thoughtful and well-structured, not just thrown together. Everyone on staff is genuinely kind and welcoming every single time. It’s the kind of workout where I leave feeling like I actually did something good for my body without feeling wrecked. Just a great, chill vibe all around. Happy it’s part of my routine!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  I’ve been practicing Pilates for years, including at Club Pilates in San Diego (Escondido, North Park, Oceanside), and this location does not match that experience. Reformer classes never use weights, move slowly, and feel geared toward seasonal snowbirds rather than locals looking for a stronger, faster-paced workout. I’ve been charged incorrectly a couple of times even with a front desk person and the instructor present. You check yourself in and no one double-checks, even though you write your name on a board, which is confusing and unnecessary. Unlimited packages are restricted—you cannot book two classes in a day—so it’s not actually unlimited like other Club Pilates locations. There is also a focus on late fees and strict booking rules that make sense for snowbirds but not locals. The studio is clean and the instructors are kind. I still go, but if you want a challenging, progressive Pilates program, this location may not meet your expectations

  Love Club Pilates! The instructors are incredibly friendly, encouraging, and great at explaining each movement. It was a little intimidating at first, but it quickly became the missing piece of my workout routine. I love how it forces me to slow down, focus on form, and really connect with my body. I’ve also struggled with lower back pain, and since starting in September, I haven’t had any pain at all. So glad I found this place - highly recommend!
