  I truly have no words to describe what an incredible experience I had at Ultimate Smile Dental with Dr. Robert Wagner. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The office is spotless, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The entire team, including the front desk staff—is exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. Dr. Wagner is, without a doubt, one of the most amazing dentists I have ever encountered. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. I came in feeling anxious about having my wisdom tooth removed due to a previous bad experience elsewhere, but he reassured me every step of the way. He took the time to explain the procedure, checked in with me throughout, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. His technique is remarkable, he truly has “angel hands.” The procedure was smooth, quick, and far less stressful than I ever imagined. If you are looking for a dentist who combines professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion, I cannot recommend Dr. Wagner and his team enough. You will be in excellent hands. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I’ve been coming here for years and consistently received excellent care. Dr Wagoner replaced a crown for me a few years ago and it’s held up perfectly. I just had another crown done last week… Same great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is very convenient. Professional, thorough and trustworthy. I highly recommend.

  I’ve been coming here for about a year, and every visit felt more like a billing opportunity than actual care. They consistently took X-rays—clearly prioritizing insurance claims—but completely failed to address a serious infection I had for months. That infection wasn’t minor; it kept getting worse and began spreading toward my nose and head. What’s most disturbing is not just the lack of treatment, but the complete absence of concern. No follow-up calls. No check-ins. No urgency. Nothing. I was left dealing with a worsening, dangerous condition on my own, and at one point I genuinely felt like my health was being seriously put at risk. Healthcare is supposed to be about care, accountability, and patient safety. This place showed none of that. I would never trust them again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before putting their health in their hands.
