  Shirley was so sweet and incredibly helpful during my IV appointment. She made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know. You can tell she really cares about her patients—such a great experience thanks to her!

  I had an excellent experience with the team at Pause Fort Lauderdale. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, professional & clearly passionate about what they do. The studio has a great energy, calm, intentional & well thought out. Top-tier experience from start to finish, Pause Fort Lauderdale is doing it different & delivers on every level.

  Came in today because I saw on instagram they were having an anniversary party. It was very welcoming I was immediately offered a gift bag, spun the wheel and won free services, food and refreshments given by Saige. I ended up trying the cryo session for the first time, after the initial reaction to the cold I was calm & felt very energized, awake. Definitely will be going back! Looking forward to trying the many other services they have.

  I had a wonderful experience at pause today, they were having a one year anniversary party with lots of discounts and free goodies! Saige accommodated me around the whole place showing me each room with all the amenities. I did the cryo-seal which was so refreshing, making me feel renewed and energized! Thank you again to Saige and Pause for a pleasant experience!

  Man, this is tough and I haven’t really done this before but customer service is very important to me. I received a flyer in the mail providing myself and a guest an experience at Pause. Great, called and made an appointment for about three weeks later. Now it is Friday and I receive a call that Pause has to cancel my appointment on Sunday because it’s Easter and they will be closed. Did they not know that when I spoke to them on the phone nearly a month ago?! This would be easier to stomach if the representative who informed me had any sort of customer service. She kept trying to place blame on me for booking on Easter. Huh?! I don’t celebrate Easter so the onus was on the business. “Well the owner just decided last week”. *Eyeroll* Her tone was dripping with disdain and frankly not sure I want to experience Pause if this is how they treat people before they even get in the door. How disappointing.
