  This is my favorite spot in Fort Lauderdale for hot Pilates! Kathie is the best and really focuses on form and making sure you know what you’re doing. She’s helped me improve soo much and I live for her classes! I can’t rave about this place enough, love the check in staff as well and I love the dark heated room. 10/10!!

  I just moved to the area and decided to try out Yoga Factory - and loved it! The HIIT class was really well balanced and just the right amount of heat, will definitely be going back!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first time taking a Pilates class at this studio, and I absolutely loved it. I had the pleasure of practicing with Kathie, and she was amazing. The class was challenging, yet very encouraging at the same time. She was incredibly attentive to everyone, offering constant motivation and making hands-on adjustments to me and other students throughout the class, which I truly appreciated. Her energy is uplifting and supportive, and she pushes you to do your best in a very empowering way. I can’t wait to come back!

  I had Sasha for a 60 minute practice, she was incredible, the best class I’ve ever taken, her timing her cues her patience I could go on forever, so thankful and will be back

  I take the vinyasa yoga and Pilate classes and both are amazing! All the instructors are so great , The instructor for Pilates ( vita) is very encouraging/motivating ,shows you what you need to do whilst also talking you through reps and helping if help is needed . she also plays really good music ! 10/10
