  I started PT here about 2 months ago with nothing but doubt in mind. I moved back to Florida from CT after a major hip injury/surgery. I was so nervous about my recovery being long because I’m an extremely active person. They set me up with Dr. Alvin Puri who has cared immensely for me. He has been working with me for almost 2 months now and I’m already back at the gym running again! My surgeon told me it would take a year until I could walk with no pain again and Dr. Alvin Puri has helped me recover faster than I would have ever thought. All thanks to him I am back to most of my normal activities and schedules. I couldn’t recommend him more!

  I lost my balance and crashed into an unlocked glass door. I had tears in rotator cuff and a biceps head partial tear. Jessica on Se 8th St has worked with me, encouraging me, and keeping moving to more and more ability with my dominant arm. No surgery, just sweat and weights. My improvement has been off the charts, but I know complete recovery only comes with surgery and that’s not required to get me functional and then some. Highly recommended by my orthopedic doctor and I can see why!

  I cannot recommend SoFlo Physical Therapy and my therapist Alvin enough. I came in after extensive shoulder surgery which severely affected my every day life. Alvin focused on individualized exercises that got me back to my activities about 7 weeks ahead of schedule. The staff is very professional. A special thank you to Alvin and his assistant Tory for all of their help getting my life back!!!

I can’t recommend my physical therapist enough. From our very first session, she thoroughly assessed my condition and clearly explained the treatment plan, making me feel confident, supported, and well-informed. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive at every appointment. Thanks to her personalized approach and continuous encouragement, I’ve experienced remarkable improvements in my mobility, flexibility, and strength. This is absolutely the place to go—you couldn’t be in better hands. Minacshee genuinely cares about her patients and their progress. Starting therapy just two days after my knee surgery and seeing how far I’ve come has been an amazing journey.   I've been to rehab PT at several places in Massachusetts and SoFlo PT has been better for its dynamic management of patients - everyone is there to help if you have any questions. That's a big plus to getting your repetitions in before its time to go home. You never have to wait to ask a question or discuss a concern or get set up for the next task. All the assigned tasks make sense as we experience improvement and look forward to "the next level" of strength building with more improvement. They are also very understanding about what you are going through from pain, to setbacks, and conflicting medical appointments that come up. They are very good at 'watching your back.' I am grateful to Dr. Jessica Jones, DPT, CPT for her superb personal guidance as she watches out for me during my PT sessions. Thank you, Jess, you have a great memory for the details that assist in my PT success!
