Hello! I have attended this studio, and several others in the Fort Lauderdale area for years. This studio isn't awful, but definitiely isn't the best one. I notice they are claiming to have won the top pilates studio in the Fort Lauderdale Top 25 of 2025.This is not true, as the studio that truly won is the Club Pilates South Fort Lauderdale location. I do not know who owns this location, but I think it is awful and unprofessional for someone to claim a title that is not theirs. Shame on this studio for its dishonesty! Picture attached.

The Burger King Drive-Thru of Pilates Club Pilates is unfortunately the Burger King drive-thru version of Pilates—fast, impersonal, and robotic. Many instructors move through routines like machines, often not even paying attention to members. I’ve seen instructors literally facing the wall talking instead of focusing on the class. Staff are frequently on their phones before and after sessions, creating the impression that members are more of a nuisance than a priority. When I signed up, I was told about cancellation fees but reassured that in the event of a medical situation, I could text and charges would be reversed. That turned out to be misleading. The app malfunctioned, I canceled a class in time, yet was still charged. When I questioned it, the manager Heather accused me of lying—over a $5 no-show fee. That wasn’t just insulting, it was unprofessional and unnecessary. I quit my membership because of this, but the final straw came during my cancellation process. I repeatedly confirmed with Heather via text and email the exact date my membership would end. She confirmed it multiple times. On that date, I drove to the studio for what I believed was my final class, only to be turned away at the door. Heather told me my membership had ended the day before—with no communication, no text, no call. She had quietly removed me from the roster. It genuinely felt like she took satisfaction in denying me the one class I had been promised, after I’d already invested my time driving there. That is not how a professional manager behaves—it’s petty, vindictive, and disrespectful. As for instructors: Paula is by far the worst. I witnessed her yelling at a member, “GET OUT OF MY CLASS,” because they arrived a few minutes late after a doctor’s appointment. Completely unacceptable. Carolina often faces the wall or talks like a recording instead of engaging with the class. These behaviors make the experience feel transactional and cold rather than supportive. To be fair, Daniel and Adriana truly care about members. They bring energy, attention, and compassion—the qualities you’d expect in a Pilates studio. Unfortunately, their good work is overshadowed by poor management and other staff who don’t seem invested in the members at all. At its core, this studio is poorly managed. Policies are enforced without common sense, customer service is dismissive, and the culture is one of indifference—even hostility—rather than growth and wellness. Pilates should be about connection, alignment, and community. Here, it feels like fast food: cheap, rushed, and ultimately unsatisfying. I emailed corporate about this, but was instructed to talk with the studio and no one called me back. My advice: do your homework before you sign up. Ask every question. Get every promise in writing. And be prepared for a studio that operates more like a drive-thru than a professional fitness community.

I froze my membership at my home club since I was in a car accident. I have a passport membership and I was still charged for a class while my membership was frozen! If I had to individually cancel classes at each studio that shouldve been communicated. I call this studio yesterday since they are the ones that charged me. I spoke with Muriel she said she would get back to me and I call today and now “they can’t find me in the system” Terrible customer service don’t waste your money
