My fitness has been up and down, but I joined BFT to get back into a routine of exercising and specifically get instruction on weight lifting. I’ve used machines at gyms, but never squat racks or free weights. The instructors walk you through exactly how to do each exercise. Extra bonus is each exercise is up on large screens so you can keep an eye on form, reps, timing etc. One more note is they care for their community and members. Always looking for new ways to accommodate members and keep things fun. Thank you!!
