- SPSpencer Prechter3 days ago5.0I was visiting from out of town and my first morning i woke up and had a tear in my contact on Good Friday. I mistakenly forgot my extra set and was panicking. I called about 8 other places who didn’t seem to care much about the dilemma until I reached Pearle. The customer service there was top notch. They had a set for me to use once i got them my prescription. They were all so kind. I wish I knew the names of the two girls i spoke with. They truly saved my trip. Thank you!!

- MFMary FrazeNov 24, 20255.0WE are past customers at Pearl and we strayed. Biggest mistake. At another eye place we were told we had to do the eye exam and purchase eye glasses at the same place. We did the first time, not ever again. Wasted 3K glasses fell apart and the other place changes help weekly. At pearl, you always see the same faces and the service is 10+ lesson learned.
