  Bryana’s Pilates class is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, her energy is welcoming, motivating, and genuinely uplifting. She explains every movement clearly and makes sure everyone feels comfortable, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. Her attention to detail and form really sets her apart, you can tell she truly cares about helping you get the most out of every session. The class is the perfect balance of challenging and enjoyable, and I always leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and refreshed. If you’re looking for a Pilates instructor who is knowledgeable, encouraging, and passionate about what she does, Bryana is it. Highly recommend!

  Love this studio! It’s clean, cute, and welcoming. There are levels (1, 1.5, 2) so you can ease your way into progressing and not get injured. I’ve genuinely noticed a difference in my flexibility and posture since starting. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. :) Parwez is my favorite instructor. He’s really thorough about walking you through how each exercise should feel which has helped me a lot, and he pays attention to make sure you’re doing everything correctly. That’s who I’d recommend, especially if you’re new, but they’re all wonderful.

  Jael, along with all of the instructors at club Pilates, is polite, motivating, and mindful of each participants needs. Such a great uplifting place to be. Love it love it. Thanks to all the instructors who inspire us to take care of our mind, body, and soul❤️
