The lenses were replaced only 3–4 months ago, yet the same problem has already returned on both lenses. This has happened multiple times throughout ownership, as prior replacements also failed to hold up. Despite this being a documented, recurring issue, I was told the lenses are “outside the warranty” and was offered two paid options instead: • $1,200 to replace the lenses, or • $700 for a full replacement with new frames For glasses at this price point, it’s unreasonable to be asked to pay for replacements when the same defect keeps occurring. Expensive product, but poor durability and no accountability when problems repeat. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this shop to anyone expecting quality lenses or support when issues arise.
