My Dad originally had an appointment for 5 days from earlythe day of his x-rays which showed some broken bones in his foot, and some toes. We were under the impression that he was to see the foot asap, so we both were a little confused about the delay, and rightfully so! They called my Dad and made the appointment for the morning early the next day, 8:30 am early! We're not morning people at all!! When we arrived we were told his appointment was the next day!! We just looked at each other and thinking the same thing, another early morning!!!! Ugh!!!
Well, they realized it was not an error on my Dad's part, so they got him in right then!!! Thank goodness!!!
The funniest thing though is that my Dad is confined to a wheelchair and he was there for a broken foot!! How does someone break their foot if their confined to a wheelchair and can't walk??? Getting into bed, his wheelchair sliped out from under him is how!!!
So they put his foot in a boot and now you'd think that's why he's I'm the wheelchair! My mother, his wife had just passed away totally unexpectedly in her sleep less than a few weeks ago, so that was and still is very still difficult for us all! It's still very raw, so the broken foot thing is
just one more thing to have to deal with! Well, when he was in with the Dr. he told her of my Mom's passing, while waiting for her to come in to see him he had began to cry, so that's what she walked into. So when he told her, she immediately responded as any Christian would, and whatever you shared with him really had an impact on him that morning!!
Thank you so much for what you did that morning for my Dad, from the receptionist to the Dr. we need people like y'all everywhere!! You looked past the physical pain my Dad was in, and you touched his heart that day!!! God put him in your path for a reason, and I'm so greatful!! God bless you! 🙏🙏
