Alex , the doctor in residence’s patience , knowledge and personal regard from testing your hearing , to finding the correct device and finally individually fitting each ear truly puts him in a category you’ll appreciate. And , of course Mitzi the office manager’s professional attention to detail concerning every aspect of your hearing needs makes this place hand’s down number one. Remember complete individual service, highest quality offerings and personalized financial services should make this office your first and only choice. Now in Fl for 6 months, it is good to have a close Miracle Ear office for cleaning and adjustments. Mitzi was very welcoming and helpful with cleaning. Also showing us about how having the app can be useful. Neither of us really like logging into the app, so will see if we stay with that. My husband does Not want to have his telephone calls ringing or answered with the aids, while I do. I think we might still need a few little adjustments and look forward to meeting Alex in Englewood.
