I was very impressed with the technology involved in the testing and knowledgeable hearing aid specialist, Mike. Pam at the front desk was wonderful as well. Together they make a great team. I was given a trial pair of hearing aids, programmed for my specific hearing loss, and it opened a whole new world for me. I could not wait to own a pair and am no longer in denial!
