  Since I had an appointment and everyone with appointments before was already done, they took me right in even though I was 10 minutes early. They really have there service down to a science now. It's such an improvement from years ago. Added plus: Cecil was very helpful and professional. Plus he didn't hurt! Great job, Cecil!

  Best lab experience I’ve ever had and I go often due to diabetes. Lab was immaculate, prompt, and run very efficiently. My phlebotomist was extremely friendly and professional. They have about six-seven phlebotomists on duty at all times with a covering phlebotomist at lunch times, which rotate. Best lab!

  You have to make an appointment just to drop stuff off. Learn from my mistake. One would think they would have the resources to have someone there just to collect drop off samples. The people I encountered were not wanting to help me at all. I asked to speak to manager, letting them know I had just completed a 24 hr sample, but they refused to speak with me. Only saying I could wait with my pee specimen in hand, that needs to remain chilled, until everyone else was done. Full lobby. Sadly I'll have to come back because this is the closest place to me.

  I wanted to share a really great experience that we had with Sky yesterday when we went to Quest Diagnostics in Ellenton. I was there with my 13year daughter, who extremely nervous going in, having had really bad experiences with having blood drawn in the past, and Sky was extremely patient with us, and helped calm my daughter down and talk her through the entire process. She was so kind to us, and I left there knowing that my daughter although she was super nervous about going in, and still never wanting to have her blood drawn again, will see that maybe it's not that bad after all. Thank you so much Sky!

  Appointment was within 6 minutes of scheduled time. The phlebotomist was the most incredibly talented technician I’ve ever encountered and I have seen plenty. First stick…felt nothing and it was an amazing draw sufficient to meet the test needs!
