He was so impressed with the product, functionality, and service that he purchased a pair on the spot. We can't say enough good about Terrence! He is certainly on top of his game, professional, caring and patient. While I do not require hearing aids at this time, when that time comes there will be absolutely no hesitation to purchase from the Dunedin site. Next to a great product, customer service is of the utmost concern to us, something you don't get from the big-bix stores.
