They had had an amazing experience and felt that Terrence and his wife Lauren were detailed and heartfelt in their quest to help us. They succeeded!!! I am in tears as I express my gratitude to them for facilitating this “miracle”. My husband and I are carrying on normal conversations, in and out of crowds. - ASAriella SaferAug 12, 20255.0Miracle Ear was my second experience, because the first experience was so bad I try to forget it! Terence, the audiologist, at Miracle Ear Dunedin is excellent. He is kind, listens to my concerns and solves my problems. He is methodical, meticulous and pays a great deal of attention to detail! He doesn’t just hand you your hearing aids and you are in your own. No, he does a great deal of teaching and adjusting the hearing aids to your individual needs! In my case, he made the molds for inner canal hearing aids and he did it right the first time! Also you’re allowed to try more than one style at the same time. At one point I had two different styles at my house for an entire week! He wears hearing aids himself which makes him sensitive to the needs of others! I highly recommend Miracle Ear Dunedin and wish I would have gone to them in the first place as it would have saved me a lot of inconvenience and a ton of money!! Leah S. (Very satisfied client)
