  I was really pleased at how easy it was to get in and how quickly I was treated.  I was very comfortable and given good care. This is the second time I have been here and would definitely recommend this office!

  Still waiting to hear from Radiologist on my XRays. Never splinted my hand. Just told me to put ice on it. I had to use a copper gloce I had. Past few time nothing but praise. This time.....Not so good. Where is that phone call I was to get. Also, no exit info. I got the discharge papers e mail. Very dissapointed this time

  I went to the facility for a employment urine test as the location was in contract for the employer. In previous times I have been in and out for a test like that in less than 30 minutes at other facilities. When I got there, there was only one person in the waiting room. I only waited about 10 minutes to go into the back area for the test. But then, the technician made an error with my urine sample and I ended up being there for over 2 hours. I couldn’t leave the building because it was a monitored urine test for employment, and I just had to sit in the waiting room until I had more urine to give even though I had arrived at the facility for the test with a full bladder. I would have been done in less than 20 minutes if not for the tech making an error with administering the process for the urine collection. I had to wait in the waiting room with no jacket and it was freezing in there.. I had not eaten anything that morning because I thought I’d be in and out. I was very uncomfortable for two hours while I was waiting, which could have been avoided with due diligence during the urine collection process. Unfortunately, this was my first time there, and it did not make a good impression. I most likely will not return.

  Today was my first visit to this urgent care clinic near my home, and it was truly a pleasant surprise. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who helped me with the required paperwork and offered assistance if I needed it. After completing the forms, a kind nurse brought me back and took my vital signs. The clinic looked clean, efficient, and well staffed. I was then taken straight into an exam room and told the provider would be in shortly. Within a couple of minutes, Karma, the nurse practitioner, came in—and wow, what a great experience. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the treatment plan clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. I left feeling confident that I made the right decision in choosing this clinic. It was truly a five-star experience. I can’t say enough good things about every single person I interacted with.

  Needed care asap and affordable, as I have no insurance. This place got me in in minutes, did a thorough exam and work up, prescribed me meds and had me on my way...and WAY more affordable than I even anticipated. If you need medical assistance, but not necessarily and ER or don't want to pay ER prices, this is the place to go!!! Friendly staff, beautifully clean office, easy in and out location, and very cost effective. 5 stars because 10 were not an option...
