Every single time I have came here they take 2 hours to see me and this is with an appointment schedule . Today I was fed up and ask to speak to the manger her point of view was that she can’t control how long kids take at a dentist office . For a whole 45 minutes I’ve been sitting by the door where they call kids in and I asked why haven’t they called anyone in the last 45 minutes to the front desk guy he said there still on lunch break . So why would you give people an appointment at 12:00 pm and it’s 12:45 if they are lunch break still . The real issue isnt about the doctors taking long with the kids . It’s the unorganized facility with the managemt running it . No one should be waiting 2-3 hours for an appointment. I have came on multiple occasions and they always take hours to call me in . After today I’m not coming here anymore . Don’t recommend at all . Manager didn’t even care she kept shrugging shoulders saying sorry “yes wait will always be long “ so unprofessional

Is very shameful to be there and receive such a low poor service and don't the four "chitchatters" on the front desk completely lost in personal conversations.
