He went above and beyond to help me when things could have easily fallen through the cracks. Luis made sure everything was set up perfectly and followed through long after normal business hours, not because he had to, but because he genuinely cares about people. As the director of a church that runs a mission called elite transport club for stranded wheelchair users and wheelchair services and helping those who have no other mobility options. I see firsthand how critical compassion and reliability are in this kind of work. Luis showed both, and then some. His professionalism and heart for service truly stand out, and it’s rare to meet someone who understands the importance of mobility the way he does. We’re grateful for his dedication and for National Seating & Mobility for having someone like him on their team. From day one, he has been such a caring, kind, and genuinely helpful soul on our long journey to get our disabled son the medically necessary equipment he needed to finally be comfortable. It’s been a challenging road dealing with insurance, but Eric never gave up. He stayed on top of every detail, followed up consistently, and fought hard to make sure our son received everything he needed. His dedication, compassion, and professionalism go far beyond what’s expected — you can truly feel that he’s passionate about his work and deeply cares about the families he serves. People like Eric are far and few between, and the world is absolutely a better place because of him. We are beyond grateful for all he’s done for our family!
