  My experience here was excellent. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon, and within 30 minutes I was already being seen by a doctor. Another 30 minutes and i was getting meds from the vending machine. The nurses were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

  So many things i can say about this place. First some of the MD’s here are nonchalant with their replies which makes you question what is good or bad or just don’t care so there is no consistency here. Second, i hate when your front desk says something and we already refused “especially on animal part” to fill the docs and you still report it which that goes against being transparent. If thats the case, i wish this place goes down since i will be pissed off when you go against what you said in front of me saying is protocol. I worked at hospitals so i know your dam protocols and does not say you go against what you said to me and do things behind my back. You’re basically making up a different story and make things more complicated than it is. Overall i am also questioning the reviews on this place the standards and policies. I can definitely say also not animal friendly if thats how their process is to automatically report without customer’s consent. Don’t tell me because of rabies or other excuses since we are talking about different things so don’t bring what the county says when it has nothing to do with the current situation.

  I had an excellent experience at the urgent care center at Baptist Health. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was seen quickly without feeling rushed. The medical team took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my treatment plan.
