  I am thoroughly frustrated and disappointed with the level of service I’ve received from Baptist Health. When I see your TV commercials saying “you care” it makes me so angry. What a joke! Your centralized phone system is terrible and it’s impossible to get anyone to call you back. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for someone to contact me for a follow up to my MRI and nothing. I’ve emailed and called and have yet to receive any response. You obviously don’t care about customer service or patient care.

  The follow up of this place is the worse ever... not only i have to deal with the physical pain. also having to struggle with the lack of professionalism of this place is a really bad experience.

  Solo puedo decir que me siento bendecida por que en este centro desde cuando se llega a recepción, pasando por las enfermeras y el doctor, todo es una atención de 5 estrellas Muchas bendiciones doctor Jose Mena y todo el equipo!!!

  I went to this facility because i was not feeling good but during the visit everything looked ok but based on the recommendation provided by Claudia Ivana APRN I was supposed to receive messages and therapy 3 times a week i never received any call to confirm my schedule i called a couple times and I am still waiting, my pain continues, very very bad service and in addition I never see the doctor that is incredible very very unprofessional group, i am Daniel Gelpi and this is the 3rd week and nobody called me. Thanks for the very bad job
