  Juan C. Ramirez and his nurse are fantastic. The lady running the desk is a joke. She cannot provide any level of customer service at all. She is at the SW 88th office.

  Originally, my appointment was scheduled with Dr. Valdez, but due to a scheduling conflict, I had to reschedule and was recommended to see Dr. Silva instead. I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism and the amount of time she dedicated to understanding both my medical history and overall health. Dr. Silva spent approximately 20-25 minutes getting to know me, which made me feel valued and cared for. I'm incredibly impressed with my experience and feel confident about my healthcare journey moving forward.

  I've struggled with hormonal issues over the years and have been dismissed by various doctors, including two endocrinologists, until I went to see Dr. JC Ramirez... This incredibly kind, respectful professional spent 1 hour explaining my condition and ensuring I understood how my body works; he even drew pictures for me. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain all the tests we would do, and made me feel heard and understood. If you are a person, especially a woman dealing with endocrinology issues, I 100% recommend seeing this doctor, he will help you. On top of that, the staff at this clinic are kind and amicable; every time I call, Lisa picks up the phone with the most amicable attitude and ensures your question is answered. I am so happy I found this place, finally a doctor's office where you feel they care about their patients.
