The only good experience I had was with the OB / ultrasound tech. The emergency room had me there for about 3 hours. I was in a car accident and I am pregnant in my second trimester. I wanted an ultrasound to make sure everything was okay. They said they had to confirm the pregnancy with a urine sample and blood draw before an ultrasound could be done. I waited and no one came. Finally I said I had to use the restroom and asked for the urine cup. They brought it. My urine sat in my room till I left, never collected. I asked why I needed a blood draw if I’m well in my second trimester. No one could answer me. Turns out the ER staff put I was only 7 weeks pregnant when I’m further along. The OB was the best experience. She was so kind, understanding and calmed my nerves. I believe her name was Larissa.

I had an excellent experience at Baptist ER Doral. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was professional, compassionate, and incredibly attentive. The nurses and staff made a stressful situation much easier by treating me with kindness and genuine care.
I want to give a special thank you to ER Nurse, Christopher C., who went above and beyond. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly while making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. His calm and caring attitude truly made a difference.
All of the nurses and staff were amazing—responsive, respectful, and dedicated to providing great care. It’s clear they work very hard to help their patients feel safe and supported.
I’m very grateful for the treatment I received and highly recommend Baptist ER Doral to anyone who needs emergency care. Thank you again to ER Nurse, Christopher C. and the entire team for your outstanding service!

The Bautist Emergency Care at Doral is absolutely the best in medical care that I have experienced coming from an emergency care facility. Conveniently location & staffed with extremely effective staff. Quick check in & immediately attended by several professional health providers. I definitely recommend if an emergency occurs while in the Doral area, that you choose Doral Bautist Emergency Csre.

I recently visited Baptist Hospital and had a very mixed experience. While the nursing staff was excellent, professional, and kind during my care, the primary physician was incredibly unprofessional.
The doctor was dismissive and met my medical concerns with blatant sarcasm, even laughing while I asked questions about my pain and situation. Instead of providing answers, he mocked my concerns and told me I shouldn't have come there. Unfortunately, I was unable to get his name, but his lack of empathy was disappointing. It is a shame to encounter this behavior from a lead physician when the rest of the staff works so hard to be helpful. I hope management addresses this.
