My problem #1 is shoes that I purchased are fine without the inserts but I can’t wear the inserts with the shoes because it makes them way to tight to even wear, and shoves my toe into the front and it hurts. So I fill that was a waste of money. #2 socks to big can’t wear them so waste of money. Inserts have helped with my lower back and heel pain. So I would like to amend this review. Jamie contacted me, he changed the shoes for another pair that fit better and switched the socks also. So, customer service is very good. Also to add the inserts have definitely helped my back and heel pain.

All we were looking for was an answer to an issue i had dealt with and was looking for a lift to have in one shoe. The salesman Shane treated us and escorted us to a booth. He was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. We were then shown the heal lift but he did not stop at that. Again, a well trained salesman. We were introduced to anti microbial shoe liners and a set of arch supports we did not fully think we needed. Upon the trial the arch supports did feel effective even though i was not experiencing that issue. After some time we elected to try the arch supports and heal lift. Then the purchase list came out and I almost filled my underwear. We were then shown a less expensive option with two arch support sizes and the lift we came in to try. We were not expecting to pay $24.37 for cushions and then $226.58 for arch supports. Now that we have had a short time to evaluate this given the fact that i was not diagnoses by a medically trained person and purchased mass produced products, we would not have gone the route we did. Had this been the result of a prescription by a fully certified podiatrist, i could see the cost. Shame on me for falling for this and not fully evaluating the process. Given all that, I could not recommend this service to anyone unless they did some research on the subject.
