It was about my headspace. On the days my body wanted to resist the ice therapy, I had the tools, encouragement, and trust to stay present and let it do its job. That made all the difference. I learned how to breathe through discomfort instead of fighting it—and that lesson carried into everything else in my life. And I need to say thank you to Debbie at the front desk. She made sure I got to my appointments. Every. Single. Time. The reminders, the flexibility, the kindness—it removed every excuse on the days life was loud. That consistency mattered more than she probably knows. Right now I’m in a season of so much joy and momentum. I have a brand-new family of seven, we’re actively wedding planning, and the kids are helping plan it all—colors, ideas, laughter, chaos, and love. I needed my body and mind working together so I could actually enjoy this chapter instead of just pushing through it. This therapy gave me that. I feel stronger, clearer, and genuinely excited for life again. I’m deeply grateful for the care, patience, and consistency that got me here. Not only are the therapists, John and Patrick, outstanding at what they do, but the entire staff (along with Mary and Debbie) are just as excellent. Everyone treats you like part of their family! They are all professional, caring and very friendly and supportive! I highly recommend them to anyone!
