  2 pair of glasses made in a half hour or less. Total experience took about 1.15 hours. The bulk of which was frame selection.

  Great experience for my wife and I. She had a appointment, optometrist slipped me in as well, last second, right before close. Fair prices, decent selection, wonderful staff all the way around.

  So, I got my prescription filled at a different store before I ever went to Eyemart Express. When I arrived there, I was greeted nicely and I told them I was just looking for something I liked. After a few minutes of searching, I was asked if I had found anything I like and needed help by a gentleman named Taylor. So I said not yet and my wife and I continued looking at frames and I started getting really interested in some of the frames they had. After a while, Taylor had asked me if there’s something he could help me with. I said yes and asked him questions and he had good answers. I found a few frames I was interested and we started doing the insurance thing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, polite in fact. After a while, I understood he was very good at his job so I told him so. Things were working out wonderfully! He shown me options, and allowed me to choose the one that worked best for me. In other words, he went to work for me, and that’s how I knew he liked his job, not only him being good at it. I felt valued and knew I would return in the future because of this. It appeared that everyone was very pleasant there. No high pressure sales tactics. I would like to thank him for making me feel comfortable. I will do so when I go to pick up my new glasses.   I had a prescription and went there to get glasses, friendly staff, nice glasses, fast service, and Medicare covered the cost!
