    I had a horrible experience. I showed up on time to my appointment and checked in by phone. I had the Dr's order form in the car and was asked to get it. I retrieved it and came back in. I was told that my appointment time had expired and I had to recheck-in using the kiosk. I rechecked-in and was given the time of 10:40am. I had to wait over an hour because I was called late at 10:48am. The lady in room #1 was extremely nasty, Im glad she didn't draw my blood.

    Went in, had appt. Checked in, told i would receive a text. No text received and my appointment was cancelled on me. Staff extremely rude, especially blonde tech in lab coat. Treated me like garbage. You should be ashamed of how this place is ran

    Worst experience ever. My mother, who has lupus and very difficult veins, was preparing her arm the way other technicians have previously instructed her. The technician told her to stop, which we respected and apologized for, but I also explained that other staff have advised her to pump her arm beforehand due to her condition and also being a hard stick. When the technician attempted the draw, she missed the vein and continued digging, causing my mother—who was already in pain—significant discomfort. There were no butterfly needles available, which made the situation even worse. My mother had to ask her to stop and request someone else. After already waiting her turn, my mother was then told to go back and sit in the lobby while another technician finished with other patients. It felt very unfair that after the mistake, she had to wait even longer and endure more pain. There was a lack of care, communication, and compassion throughout the entire experience. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I will be calling insurance and anyone I have to call regarding this situation.

    Absolutely love Ms Silvia!! She was extremely kind and warm in a stressful time for me!! She is a true professional had me in and out in no time!! I can’t thank her enough for making the situation a good experience!!
