  I went at 6:20am and was sent to Booth 1. The man (didn’t catch his name; older white male with glasses) was PHENOMENAL with the needle insertion. I didn’t feel ANYTHING. For it to be so early in the morning, he was very nice and We had open communication. Usually I’m very quiet and anxious at medical appointments but he made me feel so relaxed and welcomed!! He is the example of interpersonal care. Whoever is in charge; please know you have a very great employee. He deserves a raise and praise!!! If I ever need bloodwork again I will certainly come to this place and hopefully will be his patient.

  I was serviced in a few minutes of arrival.The phlebotomist was pleasant, knowledgeable and competent. I was in and out in 3 minutes!!

  On line appointment setting & Check in was easy. Wait time ten minutes right with appointment time.. the Phlebotomist was very friendly very attentive & very professional.. the best part was she was able to do the blood drawn quickly.. effectively.. & .. I didn’t feel a thing!!! I was in & out within ten minutes!!
