The women in front of the store were extremely rude and dismissive to my mother and myself checking in for an eye exam I had scheduled online. I have never had such poor customer service with any of the LensCrafters locations I’ve been to in the past. I’m extremely disappointed as I was praising them to my mom and booked this appointment for her.
Seems like they had poor communication with each other and then they came up to my mom and kept spewing different directions than the last, one tells her sit down, the other tells her she can look at glasses while she waits, the next comes up entirely confused saying they’re booked the rest of the day and I must have the wrong location. I was turned off immediately by the foul attitudes they all had.
I will never come here again and will tell everyone I know to go to the LensCrafters off Glades because they are so warm and caring and take excellent care of their customers. Byeee Linton Rd LensCrafters you SUCKKKKK

There are eyeglass providers who can help you select frames that aesthetically enhance your appearance, and that also have the technical expertise to produce lenses that are faithfully accurate to your prescription requirements. But at the LensCrafters in DelRay Beach, Florida, my "salesperson," Linda, delivered an exceptional experience. In fact, she’s more like an eye care docent. She took the time to understand unique medical complications with my vision - of the kind that present significant challenges that lenses alone cannot fully correct. She asked questions and explained options that, given my circumstances, can provide greater clarity of vision throughout a variety of daily needs. From recommending and demoing sunglass tints to better track ball flight on the golf course, to optimizing vision when driving while switching focus from the road to the dashboard GPS, to how the progressive lens field of vision can be calibrated to make me more facile and reduce eye strain and fatigue when working on my multi-screen home computer system. It's been about a month since I picked up my two pairs of glasses, regular and sun. Quite frankly, the customer experience blew me away, and so did the recommended, very consequential enhancements - a la Linda - make a significant difference in the quality of my vision. Every store could benefit from having a Linda of this caliber!

I visited LensCrafters for the first time at this location, and I have to say I was very impressed. I’ve been a loyal customer of the brand for a while and have always had good experiences, but this visit truly stood out thanks to Linda.
She was incredibly attentive, professional, and kind. I had a small issue, and she handled it quickly and efficiently, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her customer service was excellent from start to finish.
She also gave me an estimated time for when my glasses would be ready, and to my surprise, they were ready much sooner than expected. That level of efficiency and care really made a difference.
Overall, a wonderful experience definitely five stars for Linda!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
