StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab West Delray offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

Be very careful with this location. John tried to tell me that the Florida Buyer's Recission Rights clause which is contained in the StretchLabs contract does not apply. Florida recission rights are crystal clear. This StretchLabs contract gives me the right to cancel it penalty-free within 3 days.

I had my session with Jennie and she was great! Did a 50 minute stretch with her. She's very knowledgeable and incredibly strong.

As a charter member of this location, I can't say enough to thank the wonderful staff here for helping me with my frozen shoulder and general flexibility! John and his staff are wonderful! I highly recommend them!
