  Dr Parnes treated my broken nose and did an amazing job. He is helpful understanding and has a wonderful bedside manner. His office staff is so friendly and helpful! Great office and team!! Highly recommend!

  was diagnosed with sleep apnea about six years ago, after struggling with severe sleep deprivation for a long time. It got to the point where I genuinely felt like I was dying. I tried everything—holistic approaches, diet changes, weight loss, CPAP masks, and even an extremely expensive custom mouthpiece from a dentist. Nothing worked. My condition became so severe that I ended up in the emergency room five or six times. I eventually saw a specialist in Broward County who told me I would need PPP surgery along with having the cartilage in my nose chiseled out to open my nasal passages. It sounded extreme, but I was desperate for relief and willing to try anything. Before moving forward, I spoke with a close family friend who strongly encouraged me to get a second opinion. She referred me to Dr. Todd Parnes at Platinum ENT, and that decision changed everything. From the moment I met Dr. Parnes, I felt comfortable. He had a very relaxing chill demeanor. I think they call it an incredible bedside manner.. He explained that, in my case, the nasal surgery was not necessary. I ultimately chose to have him perform the procedure he recommended. At my follow-up visits, I remember telling him that I didn’t feel like it had worked yet. Each time, he reassured me that it did workand that I needed to give it time. About six months later, everything changed. I started sleeping through the night. It quite literally changed my life. I cannot thank Dr. Parnes and his incredible staff enough for the care, patience, and compassion they showed me—not just for me, but for my family as well. I am deeply grateful.
