They offer a variety of classes and a variety of teachers. The manager, Elizabeth, is efficient, accommodating, reliable, respectful and knowledgeable. I find the staff/ladies behind the desk to be kind and supportive, also. I am stronger, more flexible have improved my balance.

The people are really nice and diligently answer all sorts of questions - some teachers will take the time to learn your name! It has been good to learn new ways or building your core strength. Its very inclusive for all ages of women and men - the teachers are good about telling folks when to adjust for any type of issue they may have. I believe it is a positive place for anyone new or experienced!
