  I have been a member of CP for about 5 years Many of the instructors come and go Many go through the motions but some consistently raise their own bars JESSIE , AMEISHA to name but 2 Always pushing the envelope and the clients Their classes on a Saturday and Sunday mornings (AMEISHA jump at Mizner ) and JESSIE'S 9Am on Sunday are ALWAYS more than challenging I want to sweat when I workout With them I always do

  Very irresponsible, they don't take phone calls, they don't send the address by mail or by phone, I was called 30 minutes before my class to find out where they were because the map said the address was at Whole Food. Nobody assists clients

  So disappointed. I went for my ( intro class ) ended up walking out because you had to buy a pair of socks. For new people they should give the socks complimentary instead of having new clients pay for them and let them walk out. There’s plenty of other Pilate studios out there that don’t require special socks, and give complimentary ones for new clients. Bad business.

  I love this Pilates Studio !! It's very clean and the Instructors and staff members couldn't be more warm and accommodating. I had both Cervical and Lumbar surgeries as a result of an auto accident. After the surgeries I was still left with chronic lower back pain and it was recommended by my Orthopedic surgeon to join Pilates as it would help strengthen my lower lumbar muscles and indeed it has !! I've completed over 350 classes and must say my back is practically pain free. I have the unlimited package which allows me to take as many classes as I need and want and it is working for me tremendously. I highly recommend joining this Pilates studio as it is a wonderful place to achieve physical results, peace and harmony !

  As someone completely new to pilates - I was pleasantly surprised. The people are really nice and diligently answer all sorts of questions - some teachers will take the time to learn your name! It has been good to learn new ways or building your core strength. Its very inclusive for all ages of women and men - the teachers are good about telling folks when to adjust for any type of issue they may have. I believe it is a positive place for anyone new or experienced!
