  The woman who answers the phone in Spanish is rude and disrespectful and needs to learn manners and customer service. She refused to give me her name and then hung up on me. My dermatologist sent a prescription through Tandem to this pharmacy, and this woman rudely told me it was because my insurance didn't cover it and that they were the only ones who had the medication at that price thanks to a coupon (implying that I should be grateful to them), even though I already knew the price of the medication since the previous Friday (long before the insurance denied coverage and the prescription arrived at the pharmacy). On Tuesday, I received a notification from Tandem saying that my prescription had been sent to this pharmacy, and when I called to inquire, she was equally rude, saying she didn't know who the doctor was, that she didn't know what Tandem was, and that the website must be fake. Yesterday, Wednesday, she called me saying they had received the prescription and told me that if I paid before 3 pm, they would deliver the medication today, Thursday. When I called to ask why I hadn't received it, she said that due to the weather, the order was delayed and that it would now arrive on Monday or Tuesday. When I told her that she had given me false information and that she should have told me from the beginning that it wouldn't arrive until Monday or Tuesday (even if it arrived earlier), she hung up on me. When I tried to call back to ask for her name again, they didn't answer for more than 20 minutes, when a woman speaking English told me that she had already left. As I'm writing this, I received a message from that pharmacy saying I can track the order, but when you go to the website, there's no tracking number and no way to track it.

  The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My doctor prescribed two medications to be filled by Apotheco Pharmacy. The information I received about the pharmacy was given to me as well said they would contact me to get my Insurance information. I only received a text to ask for my billing information. I called the Pharmacy to provide my insurance information. The first person was unable to help me so I spoke to a second woman that didn’t understand English properly and kept talking over me. I spoke very slowly and just said I had 2 Prescriptions my doctor sent. I just wanted to provide my insurance information if possible. She just kept asking if I was a patient and kept talking over me when I tried to speak slowly and help her understand that they were filling my prescriptions and can I give her my insurance card info. She just told me that I had to calm down 😧 I am always more than polite and understanding, especially when I’m asking for help from someone. I left a message with their corporate headquarters to ask for a cancellation of my order and not to charge my credit card. I never received a call back so I asked my doctor’s office if they were able to send my prescription to a more professional specialty pharmacy.
