  Very disappointed with the experience here. My mother-in-law’s prescription was sent to this pharmacy without her request, and she felt pressured multiple times to fill it here instead of her usual pharmacy. Patients should have the freedom to choose where they fill their prescriptions without feeling pushed or repeatedly contacted. This approach felt intrusive and unprofessional.

  Called to find out if this pharmacy carried a particular product… They didn’t but were nice enough to provide me the name, address, & phone number of a local store that provably does… This is what I call going the extra mile when it comes to service!!

  Great pharmacy! At this point used them probably 4-5 times. Very efficient, fast delivery. Recently ordered generic version of Skinceuticals Vitamin C + E with Ferulic acid serum. Exactly same ingredients and same proportions, Half the price. Love it!

  Worst pharmacy ever, i been waiting for an asnwer since April 6, i have have multiple times and i havent get a single call back, today is April 10 and i dont know if i ever will get my medication or at least a simple call back 👎

  The woman who answers the phone in Spanish is rude and disrespectful and needs to learn manners and customer service. She refused to give me her name and then hung up on me. My dermatologist sent a prescription through Tandem to this pharmacy, and this woman rudely told me it was because my insurance didn't cover it and that they were the only ones who had the medication at that price thanks to a coupon (implying that I should be grateful to them), even though I already knew the price of the medication since the previous Friday (long before the insurance denied coverage and the prescription arrived at the pharmacy). On Tuesday, I received a notification from Tandem saying that my prescription had been sent to this pharmacy, and when I called to inquire, she was equally rude, saying she didn't know who the doctor was, that she didn't know what Tandem was, and that the website must be fake. Yesterday, Wednesday, she called me saying they had received the prescription and told me that if I paid before 3 pm, they would deliver the medication today, Thursday. When I called to ask why I hadn't received it, she said that due to the weather, the order was delayed and that it would now arrive on Monday or Tuesday. When I told her that she had given me false information and that she should have told me from the beginning that it wouldn't arrive until Monday or Tuesday (even if it arrived earlier), she hung up on me. When I tried to call back to ask for her name again, they didn't answer for more than 20 minutes, when a woman speaking English told me that she had already left. As I'm writing this, I received a message from that pharmacy saying I can track the order, but when you go to the website, there's no tracking number and no way to track it.
