- AAAlessandra1 day ago1.0The gym leaves a lot to be desired; it lacks lightweight dumbbells—such as 10-pounders. There are only two pairs: one is located at the back, and the other at the front. They are constantly in use, with people always waiting for them. I don't understand why they don't have more—they are such inexpensive items. Most of the machines are also one-of-a-kind. The gym facilities are quite substandard.

My only gripe is the same with most gyms in the area… The restrooms and showers could be kept a little bit cleaner. But for the price of a monthly membership you really can't complain.

I cancelled my membership after a payment issue where my bank initially authorized the charge and then declined it. Instead of working with me when I tried to fix the payment, they added a $23 late fee within just a few days and refused to waive it. No one made any effort to help or offer a solution — they simply directed me to close the account. On top of that, my membership rate was increased without any email or prior notification. That is completely unprofessional. The gym itself is very basic — no sauna, no pool, limited classes, and nothing special in terms of amenities. Yet they charge cancellation fees and make no effort to retain customers or provide decent customer service. For less than $42 a month, there are many other gyms that offer far more value and actually care about their members. I would not recommend this gym based on my experience.
