  The staff are was great. They were all very friendly, and patient. The sales associate, Saba, took her time to explain all of my options to get me what I needed.

  I just tried making an appointment for my mother on the phone and was left on hold. I then hund up and called back and was put right back on hold for more than 3 minutes just to make an appointment so I hung up again. I will just walk in and request an appointment in person and see how that goes. I believe they need a bit more of customer service training.

  Saba was so sweet and helpful! She’s helped me every time I come in and always makes sure I find exactly what I’m looking for. Her customer service is amazing and she makes the whole shopping experience so easy and comfortable.

  The advocate who helped me, Saba, she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. She took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience at Target Optical smooth and stress-free. Customer service like hers truly makes a difference. I would gladly come back because of her.

  I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Saba. She helped me tremendously and did everything she could to ensure that I purchased exactly what I wanted and was incredibly accommodating. Dr. Fostier was excellent as well and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you to all the staff!
