  Horrible experience. My mother and I are severely disabled. Finally hired this company and we thought we were saved but Heather the person who did the initial interview told us nothing but lies and we are receiving horrible service and suffering because of it

  We are a couple requiring regular living support. The Comfort Keeper staff arrive promptly. They follow instructions & take initiative to complete tasks alone. When in doubt they ask for further instructions. We are very satisfied.

  When one of my family members become ill I began looking around to find help. I was very nervous after reading many reviews from different companies on several reviews sites and overall found Comfort Keepers one of the better ones to give a try. Some of the special caregivers I have a lot of respect for are Arlene and Arenie (I apologize for any misspelling of your names.) These aids truly enjoy their jobs and the connections they make with their patients. They make my loved one feel special giving them superb care, respect and compassion. I always request them when available because I know my loved one is in good hands with people I can trust. Arlene is always making my loved one laugh and Arenie sits down and helps with puzzles and reading. I appreciate you both so much and all that you do.

  my name is Mel Forman, I have been with comfort keepers for more then one year and have had numerous sessions with various aids. For the most part working with the aids in 12 hour sessions so we have gotten to know one another very well over that period of time. One of my aids that I get on the weekends is Natalie Leal, Natalie has displayed considerable professionalism on the job working as an aid with me. She is very attentive and does a great job working with patients like me. She is qualified to perform appropriate care for the patients well being.
