  I had surgery on my hand 2 weeks ago and I was told last week that I needed to have my surgical sutures removed this week but they would not schedule my appointment. The assistant said she would call me. She never called. I sent an email through the portal. No response. I called today again and the appointment scheduler said they could not get me in this week but that she would have the office manager call me today. NOTHING AGAIN. My sutures have been in my hand 2 weeks and are really itching. The cast stinks and is nasty. The customer service here Is HORRIBLE. What am I to do to get these out of my hand when the provider refuses to see me??? Abysmal customer service!!! I'm at a loss of what to do and do not want a post-op Infection. I would not recommend Baptist to anyone. Dr Gellman is a 5 star in my book but he needs to find somewhere to practice that has good staff that care about patients. I am a veteran and I kick myself for not going through the VA for my surgery. The VA cares leagues more about their patients than Baptist Health.

  Great doctor (Miniachi) and fastactic staff: Julie PA, Veronica PT, Carina. They are professional, caring, and always puts the need of the patient first. Dr Miniachi performed a reverse shoulder replacement on my husband's shoulder. They are awesome!

  Ankle surgery no after care and the foot is constantly swollen cant move my toes and its almost a year sine surgery
