  I was scheduled for a mammogram, ultrasound and bone density. I arrived, expecting to spend the entire morning with my appointments. But everything flowed so smoothly, I was done im a few hours! From my welcome by the reception to each nurse who cared for me, the experience was outstanding !

  Wait time was minimal. Staff was very pleasant and courteous. There was plenty of parking and close to the front door. I’m going there again if I need any more tests done!

  Amazing. Truly. Saying they’re efficient doesn’t do them justice. They’re proactive and get it all done. Have never had a better healthcare experience. And they were also all kind too!

  Kind, compassionate, and quick. Everyone from check-in to technician to the person who called with the results of my mammogram was great. I also really appreciated the speed with which they called with results. These tests can be nerve-wracking for some, and they don’t make you wait. With all of the construction going on at the hospital, it’s also nice to have a small location not near any of that, with easy and ample parking.

  This is my first experience with Baptist health diagnostics and imaging center! I was very impressed with my overall experience from scheduling to the actual procedure. My wait time was less than 5 minutes, I was greeted by kady (Katie)at the front desk . She was very kind and professional and the paperwork was easy to complete. The technical specialist Scott was absolutely wonderful! He was very professional as well as personable ! He made sure I was absolutely comfortable in a reassuring manner. I left the facility in record time totally satisfied with my experience! Thank you
