Experience was good ! Not sure whether I got scammed or not. It all made sense, but I thinks the price was over the top. Maybe I would have done better going to a foot doctor.

I was happy that Andre was able to teach me so much about proper support for feet, and I feel the products I bought are working. However, I was not happy with the deceptive sales practices. I was quoted a price of just over $1400. I was told I "get" 3 pairs of socks with this. When I got home and checked my receipt (over $1700) I was charged for the socks plus another package of foam insoles. I did not ask for these items, nor agree to purchasing them. I thought this was a little a bit "sneaky" and will probably not return to this particular Good Feet store because of this.

I have been fighting plantar fasciitis in my right heel and increasing foot pain for several years. I have visited high end running shoe stores and tried various inserts and shoes as suggested by their staff, with little relief.
It is really affecting my ability to hike, run, etc.
I will say up front that buying the whole kit from TGFS is expensive, but I have tried "the cheap route" for years and all that has got me is staying home while my wife goes on hikes alone. So what price do you put on that?
After strong recommendations from several nurses, I decided to check it out.
The gentlemen working here were extremely knowledgeable and as pleasant and professional as one could possibly hope for.
Our conversation ranged far beyond shoes and supports, and into many aspects of fitness.
The foot-pressure-reading mat was enlightening, and reaffirmed things that I was seeing and feeling.
I worked with AJ, who clearly explained what we are trying to accomplish with the various inserts and how they work.
But here is the key. This is a lifetime product. Not only will they replace inserts that break down over time (which seems unlikely) but a client can continue to go into TGFS branches --from now on-- for reanalysis, refitting, they will give you different inserts if needed.. from now on.
So I consider myself partnered with TGFS to correct my foot issues if possible, and maintain. For the long haul.
These inserts are like... braces, but for your foot structure. And like braces, they can't fix years of problems in one day. So this will take time.
If you have had a health issue that impacts your quality of life, you may find that spending money to fix it is a very good investment. I will revisit this review in the future- and I'll be going back to another TGFS in 6 months for a check! For now, I am optimistic!

Alexander went above and beyond helping my mother find the right shoes for her plantar fasciitis. He took the time to understand her needs, asked the right questions, and made sure she tried options that actually provided support and comfort—not just something that looked good on the shelf.
You could tell he genuinely cared. He stayed patient, explained why certain shoes would help with her condition, and didn’t rush the process at all. By the end, my mother walked out relieved and confident in her choice, which isn’t easy when you’re dealing with foot pain.
If you need someone who listens, knows what they’re doing, and treats you with respect, ask for Alexander. Truly a five-star experience.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
What makes Good Feet Arch Supports different from typical inserts and insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide firm yet flexible support to correct foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief unlike standard inserts.
