  Everyone who works here has great customer service and skills. In and Out service as long as you make an appointment and have your paperwork all together.

  I have been to this location 3 times in the last two weeks and every experience was phenomenal! The staff constantly went above and beyond to assist me and make all the testing I had to get done as seamless as possible. It was truly a marvelous experience; I will forever choose this quest no matter how far the drive. The staff makes it worth it; customer service is hard to come by and these employees and management are TOP NOTCH!

  The phlebotomist that took my blood was extremely unprofessional and rude. She had a very negative tone anytime I asked a question and was visibly annoyed. This was my first time at the quest on Beville in Daytona beach Florida and I will never go to that location again. Typically when I go to quest I get greeted kindly and the phlebotomist is positive and kind. The one that I had this time didn’t even say anything before she poked me and didn’t talk to me unless she had to. She told me that my doctor out down too many diagnostic codes and that she couldn’t put them all in so I asked what that means and she said the same thing over again without explaining to me what it meant. Halfway through my appointment one of her coworkers came into the room and started talking to her and was visibly happy talking to her, but when she had to talk to me she was annoyed. I know everyone has bad days from time to time, but it’s upsetting when I’ve been nothing but pleasant and the person gives you an unwarranted attitude. Not to mention when I had to give a urinalysis I was just given a cup and no wipe like they typically do.
