  Worst lab and employees ever. Twice I've been charged and twice they failed to get important labs to my dr. If your Healthcare is important to you don't use this lab.

  The Phlebotomist (I forgot her name) was excellent. She was helpful, explained the process and did not hurt me!!! LOL.

  Had an apt at 8 am lab work sent over 3 weeks ago couldn’t find it. Had to reschedule spoke to 2 different people inside they knew the situation that happened and then came back had to do it as a walk in as they call people they see me again. Get I no longer have an apt but you system clearly had an issue so I sit as a walk in for 2 hours work on your customer service

  It was easy to check in and the TV kept me informed when it was close to my appointment. Penny and Zaria were professional and very patient with all the guests that were at the Lab. I will definitely go back to this specific facility for lab tests!

  I cannot speak highly enough of Zaria! I never EVER have a phlebotomist get my vain on the first try because of my connective tissue disease but she did. She was so sweet and funny too! This is my favorite quest location now😊
