Alexander went above and beyond helping my mother find the right shoes for her plantar fasciitis. He took the time to understand her needs, asked the right questions, and made sure she tried options that actually provided support and comfort—not just something that looked good on the shelf. You could tell he genuinely cared. He stayed patient, explained why certain shoes would help with her condition, and didn’t rush the process at all. By the end, my mother walked out relieved and confident in her choice, which isn’t easy when you’re dealing with foot pain. If you need someone who listens, knows what they’re doing, and treats you with respect, ask for Alexander. Truly a five-star experience.

Upon entering the store I was greeted by the manager, and led to a chair to sit and wait for Sam to help me . I was offered water and felt very comfortable there . Sam was a great sales man and we chatted about everything . He sold me what he thought would be the best thing for my feet . I would recommend this store to all my family and friends .

I stopped in after noticing signage advertising relief for plantar fasciitis. As someone who deals with foot discomfort, that immediately caught my attention. The staff was professional, welcoming, and courteous throughout my visit. Their demeanor and product knowledge were strong, and the overall customer service experience was positive. I ultimately purchased a new pair of Brooks shoes, as my previous pair was over two years old and due for replacement. That portion of the visit was straightforward and satisfactory. However, the reason for this review is to provide clarity for future customers regarding the insole program. After spending nearly two hours going through the consultation and product presentation, I was introduced to a pricing structure that exceeded $2,000 for the recommended insole package. When I was asked what I expected to pay, I responded honestly — based on typical retail and online pricing, I anticipated a cost in the range of a few hundred dollars. I was then informed that the “least expensive” option available was approximately $800. The pricing felt extraordinarily high for what was described as corrective insoles made of rigid material, even with a lifetime warranty included. When I asked directly about the total cost, the associate did not clearly state the number upfront but instead presented a breakdown sheet. The approach felt more like a high-pressure sales presentation than a transparent healthcare-oriented consultation. I was also presented with financing options, including a $133-per-month payment plan. I declined, as I do not finance consumer products and prefer to pay cash for purchases. To be clear: - Customer service: Excellent - Professionalism: Strong - Staff demeanor and knowledge: Very good - Product pricing: Excessive and, in my opinion, unjustifiable While others may find value in the product, I personally found the pricing model to be disproportionately high and not aligned with what I believe to be reasonable market value. It felt less like a patient-centered solution and more like an aggressive sales structure. I share this review not out of negativity, but to provide transparency so future customers understand what to expect before committing significant time to the consultation process. I will not be returning for the insole program, though I do appreciate the courteous staff and the positive interaction overall.

My husband went in to see about some help for his planter's fasciitis. He saw Alexander who did a fine job helping him figure out the best route for his feet and the best shoes. My husband came in pain and left without pain. I've been having sciatica problems and decided to go to good feet for myself yesterday. Alexander helped me also, and my satica pain is much less as of yesterday in my new orthotics and shoes. The store was clean. The service was wonderful. The people that work there have a lot of knowledge in the area of biomechanics in the body. I am so grateful that my neighbor told me how Good Feet had helped her with her knee problems. Toxic drugs and surgery are not the only solutions to our bodies' difficulties. Biomechanics and alignment plays a big role. Thank you Alexander! I had only one beef, and that was with the way the good feet store doesn't offer all of their shoe options at one location. Alexander had to call another store in order for me to get the pair of shoes that I was interested in.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
