Even with insurance they still try and scam you. Saying I have stigmatism, toric all this crap I never heard off to rip Me off on my exam and get more expensive contacts. I was fooled by the high rating reviews so I hope the next person isn’t fooled !

When I arrived for my appointment, the office told me they would not perform the exam at all unless I paid for the imaging. That directly contradicted what I was told beforehand, and there is no clear information on the website stating that imaging is mandatory at this location. I understand providers can set their own policies, but patients deserve consistent and transparent information before scheduling. Being turned away over an unexpected add-on fee, especially when I needed an urgent exam for night driving issues, was extremely disappointing. I hope this location and the website improves communication so others are not put in the same situation. Clear communication is especially important in healthcare, and this experience fell short.
