They're busy as heck but keep the atmosphere light and customer service focused. Thank you for being able to replace my reading glasses that I broke, in a current frame I already had. They didn't make any promises that the frame would work but it did, and they work perfectly. I had a script in them already so it was fine. Ironically I bought the frame from a different LC in a different state some years ago. I'm in the market for a new optometrist so may make this my new one. Only thing I don't like is driving to Daytona, but unfortunately for me everything is in Daytona or Orlando. I dislike Orlando way more and it's too far, so rather suffer through the traffic to drive to Daytona. Keep up the great work! Nailing great customer service is not easy for a lot of businesses but I have to say this one gets it, and I really do appreciate it.
