- FFFrench FriesDec 17, 20251.0I went to pick up my new lenses from LensCrafters, but I saw that the lenses were scratched. I told them there was a scratch on the lenses while I was there. This was the second time this has happened, so I will not be returning to LensCrafters as a customer again. Both times, they told me I would have to pay more to have the lenses replaced again due to their fault. They were new lenses and shouldn't have been given to me scratched. Very upsetting as lenses cost money, and for their mistake, I should not be paying extra. I caution others not go to LensCrafters. AND check to make sure your lenses are not scratched before you leave... but even if they are scratched and given to you "new" they will make you pay for their fault. DON'T GO TO LENSCRAFTERS!
