Our main caregiver, Judy, is the most devoted person to my son’s care. Judy treats him like her own and she is UNREPLACEABLE. She brings joy to all our lives but especially my son who adores her.

Due to those those two interruptions, I have seen how H/I is sufficiently flexible to handle unexpected changes to ongoing care, both for continuity of care and for minimum team turmoil. Care has been excellent throughout my current issues. Caregivers arrive on time and prepared for the day’s activities. Additionally, they work with the client very well to handle special situations. I have been quite pleased with Home Instead care.

She has a small team of regular carers who are consistent and not constantly changing. Home instead is responsive to any concerns Ma or we her family have, and try their best to remedy these quickly. They also provide 24hour support at short notice if for example Ma has a UTI and requires a little extra support. I am based in the UK, however am in touch with Ma daily. Knowing that she has such a great care team around her, gives me peace of mind and enables her to stay in her own home as she wishes. Thank you for all your help.

Kim organized a Home Instead dream team that my loved one came to respect as she accepted her need for them. My best input when working with a Care Coordinator is to communicate! Kim is the finest example of a listener and an executer when ANY issue needed a resolution. Thank you Kim and the entire Home Instead team for all you did to assist my loved one.
