The store manager was very rude having side slick comments about why we didn’t want extra stuff added onto our lenses. Questioning why our total was our total the lady taking care of us chose to say “oh they’re watching there money they even declined the insurance plan” which we didn’t need and that was why we declined it. We were also not “watching our money” just don’t need to spend unnecessary money for something we don’t need. I feel like the exam went perfectly but if you’re looking to spend money on what you need instead of giving them so much more on something they’re just trying to sell to you for no reason this is not the place to go to purchase glasses.. not to mention they charge you for a picture of your eyes and it’s a argument for them to even let you see.
