  Tania at admin is not qualified to do her job. My husband went in with a PPO insurance for basic blood work and she rejected care because he “didn’t have a referral” we pay too much in insurance for Quest to hire someone who doesn’t know the difference in insurance types. She needs to either be retrained or fired. She wasted our time and we had an appointment. People with a power trip do not deserve to have positions like hers. Do something about this Quest. Needless to say, we will never go to this location again.

  Unreachable by phone for questions before my appointment. They told me I needed a doctor's note for a blood test when it says right on their website that a doctor's note is not necessary. Then when I showed them their own website, they changed the requirement and said I had to pay for the test online and wait 24 hours. Went right down the street to any lab test now and got it done cheaper and easier.

  Excellent place to have lab work done. Melissa not only pulled up Dr's orders, she was able to draw blood from a person most difficult to do. This place is most efficient and kind. Runs smoothly with great care!
