- YSYvette SandovalNov 16, 20254.0Good experience except when I went to pick up my prescription glasses- there was only one employee working.. the customer before me sat down because her request was going to take long, I told the employee that I was just there to pick up a prescription and he said that it was going to be a bit since he had other customers before me, so I told him I'd go back another time and I left. But really?? You can't pause for 30 seconds, ask for my id and get my glasses from wherever they're placed and ready for pickup and give them to me? I always put myself in other people's shoes, and guaranteed that had I been the next customer and someone behind me needed something that was quick, I'd have understood and said 'sure, go ahead'.. But lack of common sense and lack of great customer service knowledge prevented this employee from being highly efficient and more customer-service oriented. What a waste of my time- 15 minutes to go and 15 minutes to head back home without my glasses :/
