I asked to cancel my membership, I’m allowing them to bill me for 2 months of services that I’m not going to be using due to the 30 day cancellation and billing policy, and they’re forcing me to come in person to sign cancellation forms. I don’t have time for this.

CycleBar Davie is absolutely wonderful! I have been a member here for over 4 years now. The instructors are all super friendly & motivating. The manager, Eve, is fantastic! She is very helpful & understanding. The assistant manager, Gabby is excellent & extremely helpful too. CycleBar is just such a great & welcoming environment. They celebrate new riders & milestones for riders. There are themed rides sometimes too. Overall, the place is great & a super good environment to be in. CycleBar Boca Raton is excellent too!

Why do places like this charge a $15 late cancellation fee when the classes aren’t nowhere near full? I understand if the class is full and you impeded someone else from joining. But an empty class? Really? Life happens and places should be more flexible. Glad I ended my membership.

Yesterday, I had a private ride at CycleBar Davie, and the entire experience was absolutely amazing! Celebrating my 36th birthday with a focus on wellness felt meaningful after having twin boys two years ago. This is the season of finding myself again and I took my friends and family along for the ride.
From start to finish, the Cyclebar team went above and beyond to make everything seamless and memorable.
Our instructor, Sophia, was incredible per usual. She was energizing, supportive, and truly made the ride fun for everyone no matter their level.
The staff was equally outstanding. They followed up with all of my guests ahead of time, confirmed attendance, and made sure everyone arrived ready to go.
Once there, they personally helped each guest set up their bike, which made the experience comfortable even for first-timers.
The personalized touches were such a highlight. My guests’ names on the lockers, bikes assigned in advance, and the shoe pick-up process was smooth and easy.
They gave such thoughtful attention to detail.
Thank you Cyclebar Davie

My review is based off the experience that I had while attempting to motivate a friend to join me so that he can give spin class a try and possibly become a frequent client. Unfortunately, he did not have the greatest experience and is now unmotivated to return.
As a new rider, you're told that you should arrive 10-15min prior to class for instructions on how to adjust the bike and what not. I understand why this is recommended. My issue is that since he did not make it 15min early, they were not willing to make an exception and rescheduled him for another day. When he returned (15min early) no one bothered to assist him with anything. He went ahead and told them that he arrived early as it is his first time and he was turned away the previous week. All he was told was "ok, well let us know if you need anything".
So my issue with this situation is that he was already turned away once and then comes back and there is no sort of intentions to give him further instructions. So what was the point of turning him away the first time? (Not to mention it turned out to be a Justin Bieber night and that's all that was played. Not everyone is a fan and it was never mentioned prior to rescheduling).
I decided to mention this after one of the classes and was told it would be brought up to the supervisor. I figured out of consideration, they would give him a complimentary ride to allow him to try again and possibly become a member.
Went back again and decided to follow-up. I was told that it was brought up to the supervisor and if they decided to give them an extra ride that it would be uploaded onto their account. Needless to say, I told my friend to check his account and there was nothing there. Nobody even bothered to call him.
It's the matter of principle at this point.
