  Be careful with this place. It’s addictive I’ve been coming here since December, and I’ve had an awesome experience with every aspect of the business - from the front desk folks who have always been super nice and always helpful, to the dynamic classes with *amazing* instructors; when l say dynamic, l mean for example, today, the morning class was a 90s Hits class and it was sooooo much fun! I saw negative reviews on the 30-day policy, but honestly, it comes down to reading what we sign. I didn’t feel pressured to sign up, l was well-informed by the person who helped me, and folks have been there to respond to my email to freeze or cancel my membership - which I’m about to do, and it’s breaking my heart, because financially l have to 😞 but the value and sense of commitment it’s brought to my life since l joined has been absolutely worth it <3

  Terrible experience! There’s better studios with better staff and policy. They lock you into these overpriced memberships and contracts and charge you even if you have moved and didn’t use any of the class credits. I will never do another cycle bar class. This is the reason their Fort Lauderdale studio closed. Go to GVO in Fort Lauderdale there’s no BS commitment membership and the staff there is nice and understanding more than I can say about cycle bar.

  I asked to cancel my membership, I’m allowing them to bill me for 2 months of services that I’m not going to be using due to the 30 day cancellation and billing policy, and they’re forcing me to come in person to sign cancellation forms. I don’t have time for this.

  CycleBar Davie is absolutely wonderful! I have been a member here for over 4 years now. The instructors are all super friendly & motivating. The manager, Eve, is fantastic! She is very helpful & understanding. The assistant manager, Gabby is excellent & extremely helpful too. CycleBar is just such a great & welcoming environment. They celebrate new riders & milestones for riders. There are themed rides sometimes too. Overall, the place is great & a super good environment to be in. CycleBar Boca Raton is excellent too!

  Why do places like this charge a $15 late cancellation fee when the classes aren’t nowhere near full? I understand if the class is full and you impeded someone else from joining. But an empty class? Really? Life happens and places should be more flexible. Glad I ended my membership.
